Ben and Jessica visited with us several times
this year. They also led the Praise and Worship Music during our Revival. Jessica's voice is so beautiful, One can't help but feel the spirit of the Lord through her songs.

Usama Dakdok spoke to us on the Muslim Faith. The Youth service was at 6 pm and the ladies service was at 7 pm. Then on Sunday AM Usama spoke on the Infallible Bible.

Usama was born in Egypt and raised in a Christian home as the son of a Baptist pastor. He became a Christian at the age of eleven. Usama learned about Islam in school because it was, and still is, a mandatory subject. To further his knowledge of Islam, he studied Islamic law in college.

Usama came to the United States in 1992 after his marriage to Vicki, an American whom he met in Germany, where they were both in a full-time ministry. In 1997 they were blessed with a son, Caleb.

Usama holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Theology and a Master’s Degree in Missiology from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary.

We began the Study of the Book of Mark, with Bro. Terry Mathis bringing the lessons, each Wednesday evening of January. Its always a blessing to hear him bring his message of love.

We enjoyed Julie's visit so much. Her voice is truly a gift from God. Julie is proud to be a part of the staff of the Vienna First Baptist Church where she serves as the Minister of Music. She also leads a women’s Bible study group and (along with her husband Brian) serve as teachers in the Children’s Sunday School Department. She also serves as Associational Music Director for the Union Baptist Association. Julie is often called upon to provide music (whether vocal or instrumental) for funerals, weddings, special church services, and other community gatherings. She has recently released her first recording project, entitled “I Call Him Love.”

On January 16th Living Proof, brought the evening service. Their beautiful music was enjoyed by all.
